| ||The challenge in most organizations is balancing the tension between institutional stability and institutional change. With the arrival of fall 2013, A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary faces that same challenge. By way of change, Dr. Patrick Blewett has arrived as the new dean. He reflects another change in the dean’s office. By way of stability, 9 out of our 10 faculty teaching this semester are regular instructors at Tozer. The one new Tozer faculty member has been at Simpson for three years already! As dean, Dr. Blewett states that he wants to "underscore the quality instruction that takes place during intensives and in online courses! Our students are enjoying quality instruction." This fall, over 50 students are taking various courses towards the Master of Divinity degree or the Master of Arts degree in intellectual leadership.
